By booking a tour or service with Jinjer Hikes, operated by Luka Jinjolava, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Scope of Services

These Terms apply to all services offered via jinjerhikes.life, including guided hiking tours, one-day excursions, and related activities.

2. Booking & Payments

A booking is confirmed once we send you a written confirmation.
Your spot is secured upon full or partial payment, as specified in the offer.
Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, and in future Klarna.
Please ensure all personal details provided during booking are accurate.

3. Cancellation & Flexible Rebooking Policy

A. Cancellation by You

≥ 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a small processing fee (if any).
30–59 days before departure: 80% refund.
15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
< 15 days before departure: No refund possible.

B. Flexible Rebooking Option

If you wish to change your booking with at least 21 days notice, we'll move you to another journey date free of charge (subject to availability).

C. Cancellation by Us
If we must cancel a tour (e.g., due to weather, safety, or minimum group size not met), you will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Minimum Participants

Our multi-day group tours require a minimum of 4 participants to take place.
If the minimum is not met, we will inform you no later than 30 days before departure.
In such cases, you may choose between:
- joining another departure date, or
- receiving a full refund.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance covering medical, accident, and trip cancellation is highly recommended. Jinjer Hikes does not provide this coverage.

6. Health, Fitness & Eligibility

You should be in suitable physical condition for the tour you select.
Inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary needs, or allergies.
If participation would compromise safety, we reserve the right to refuse you entry or continued participation without refund.

7. Liability

Mountain hiking involves natural risks (weather, altitude, terrain).
By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree not to hold Jinjer Hikes or its partners liable except in cases of proven negligence.

8. Itinerary Changes

While we aim to follow published itineraries, weather, safety, and local conditions might require modifications to routes, timings, or accommodations—aspects we’ll always adjust thoughtfully.

9. Conduct & Respect

Follow all guidance from your hosts and guides.
Respect local communities, customs, and the environment.
Unlawful or harmful behavior may result in exclusion from the tour without refund.
